Service reliability and availability is one of the top considerations for our customers in choosing an Identity and Access Management solution. With Azure AD being the largest enterprise cloud identity service, reliability and security of our service is a top priority for Microsoft Identity Engineering. Running a service at this scale, complexity and mission criticality to be highly available is a complex task that requires on-going resilience investments, and practical verification.
